A typical Assessment takes 3–5 working days. The exact schedule depends on stakeholder availability, the number of connected processes and systems, and the operational complexity inside the agreed scope.

How much does the Assessment cost?

A typical Assessment is USD 3,500–5,000. Final pricing depends on the operating scope, systems, stakeholders, documentation quality, risk and whether in-office delivery or travel is required.

Can the Assessment be delivered remotely?

Yes. Delivery can be remote, in-office or hybrid. The method remains working-session-led and requires access to the people who own and perform the operation.

Does the Assessment include implementation?

No. The Assessment defines what should be implemented and how the future operation should work. Building, configuring, deploying and operating the recommended systems are scoped separately.

Do we have to use Effibotics for deployment?

No. The outputs are designed to remain useful even if another qualified team performs the implementation. If Effibotics proceeds with deployment, the Assessment becomes the agreed operating and technical boundary.

How broad can the scope be?

Each Assessment covers one defined operating area or a closely connected process. Additional departments, locations or unrelated processes require an expanded scope.

Who should participate?

The engagement normally involves an executive or departmental sponsor, the operational owner, people who perform the work, and relevant system, data, security or compliance owners.
